Return container serial details

About this task

To view return container's serial details:

Procedure

  1. From the navigation bar, choose Reverse Logistics.
  2. Choose Return Shipment. The Return Shipment Search window appears.
  3. Search for the applicable return containers.
  4. From the return container list, select the check boxes of the applicable containers.
  5. From the action bar, choose View Details. The Container Details window appears.
  6. In Container Line Details panel, click on the Plus icon to expand the Tag Details field. The tag control information that pertains to this container displays.
  7. Click on the Serial# link. The Serial Details window appears.
