Price precision and rounding

In Sterling Business Center, you can choose price precision, price rounding, or both as pricing methods.

Price precision and price rounding are set for both unit price and total line price when Distributed Order Management pricing organization rules are configured.

The actual adjustment value is calculated based on the rounded per unit adjustment value multiplied by the applicable quantity value. Actual adjustment = rounded per unit adjustment * applicable quantity. For example, if a discount of $5 (per unit adjustment) is applicable to a single unit, and the quantity to which the discount must be applied is 4 units, the actual adjustment value is $5x4, which is $20.
