Configuring approval plans

You can define an approval plan in Sterling Business Center to determine who must approve a quote.

One or more approvals are often required for quotes, depending on the approval rules that are applicable for the quote. The sequence in which the approvals must occur is automatically assigned by the application, based on the order in which the approval plans are created.
