Assign a coupon to stores

After a coupon is created, a pricing organization can assign a coupon to stores of the corresponding enterprise. When a coupon is assigned to stores, the coupon will be used to adjust the order price when the stores add the coupon to the order.

1. Navigate to the Coupon Summary screen, To navigate to the Coupon Summary screen, perform the following steps:
   1. Log in to Sterling Business Center as a pricing administrator.
   2. The application home page is displayed. Click the Pricing tab.
   3. From the Pricing home page, click Find Coupon in the Pricing dashlet. The Coupon Search screen is displayed.
   4. Enter the search criteria and click Search to perform a basic search. Alternatively, click Advanced Search, enter the search criteria, and then click Search to perform an advanced search.
   5. The coupons matching the search criteria are displayed. Click the Coupon ID hyperlink or double-click the row corresponding to the coupon. The Coupon Summary screen is displayed.
      Note: If there is only one coupon matching the search criteria, the details of the corresponding coupon are automatically displayed.
2. Under the Assign To Sellers tab, specify the assignments for the coupon by selecting one of the following options:
   • This coupon is not assigned to any seller: Select this option to assign the coupon to stores at a later point of time. If you select this option, the products and the prices in the coupon will not be applicable to any stores of the enterprise.
   • This coupon is applicable to all sellers: Select this option to assign the coupon to all the stores. If you select this option, the products and the prices in the coupon will be applicable to all the stores of the enterprise.
   • This coupon is applicable to the following sellers: Select this option to assign the coupon to different types of stores. For example, stores belonging to specific region.

   The following table describes the tabs that are displayed under the This coupon is applicable to the following sellers option:

   Tab	Description
   Specific Assignments	Select this tab to assign the coupon to the stores belonging to specific organization.
   Region Based Assignments	Select this check box to assign the coupon to all the stores of the specific region.

   Note: The Specific Assignments and Region Based Assignments tabs will be enabled only if you select This coupon is applicable to the following sellers assignment.
3. Under the Specific Assignments tab, add the organization to which you want to assign the coupon. To add an organization, perform the following tasks:
   1. Click Add.
   2. The Organization Search window is displayed. Enter the appropriate search criteria and click Search.
   3. The Organization Code and Organization Name matching the search criteria are displayed in the Organizations panel. Select the check boxes corresponding to the organizations you want to add and click Save.
4. Under the Region Based Assignments tab, add the region to which you want to assign the coupon. To add a region, perform the following tasks:
   1. Click Add.
   2. The Regions window is displayed. Select the appropriate region from the Find Region hierarchy and click Select.
5. Click Save.
