Defining return rules

You can define return rules.

1. In the Applications Manager, from the tree in the application rules side panel, select Cross Application > Rules > Return Rules.
   The Return Rules window displays in the work area.
2. In the Sales Order Search Window for Returns field, specify the search window for sales orders.
   Based on the number of days specified in this field, the system searches for relevant sales orders within this period.

   Note: The default value is 60 days.
3. Click the Save icon.
