Using the Sterling Business Center application home page

The application home page is the first screen that is displayed after you log in to the Sterling Business Center application.

If you want to navigate to the application home page at any point of time when using the application, click Home in the menu bar. The home page provides a Dashboard panel that enables you to customize the view so that you can see the information that is most important to you.

You can configure the Dashboard to display the details that you want to see most often by selecting the dashlets that you want displayed in the Dashboard panel. The following dashlets are provided out of the box:

• My Change Requests: This dashlet enables you to know the change requests assigned to you.
• Favorite Searches: This dashlet enables you to quickly execute the saved searches marked as favorites. Only the first five favorite saved searches, which have been sorted in alphabetical order, are displayed in this panel.
• Recently Modified: The dashlet enables you to quickly navigate to the entities that you modified recently. This displays a maximum of 10 of your most recently modified entities, such as items and services. The entities are displayed in the order of the modification time, with the most recently modified entity at the top of the list.
