The Service capacity page provides a simple user interface for you
to search for, view, and modify a resource pool's service capacity.
Service capacity refers to the capacity of delivery and provided services
that are supplied by service nodes. Service nodes can provide different services such as delivering
heavy items like a piano or mounting a television.
A resource pool is a collection of resources that can perform a service. A resource pool also
defines how much service capacity is available by geographical area and time slots.
