Clearing the Java plugin cache

About this task

Once Sterling Order Management System Software is ready for deployment, each user must clear the Java™ Plugin caches on their client machines before launching Sterling Order Management System Software .

To clear the Java plugin cache:

Procedure

  1. From the Windows start menu, select Settings > Control Panel > Java Plugin and choose the Cache tab.
  2. Click Clear JAR Cache.
  3. Click OK.
  4. Close the Java Plugin Control Panel window.
