Viewing item details
You can view the item details along with information that is specific to that item.
Procedure

Click the Inventory (
) icon on the navigation ribbon.
- From the Search for list, select Inventory.
- Enter the search criteria. For more information, see Searching inventory.

Click Search.
The Search results page displays a list of valid entries for items. It has the item name, variation, unit of measure, and product class details.
- Click the item name to view the item details page. You can also click the overflow menu and the end of each row and select Details to go to the item details page.
- The Item details page displays content based on the criteria that are selected in the Search page. You can use the filter option to update the search criteria. Click the Filter tab to open it. Update the search criteria and click Apply to view the new search result.

The item details page consists of item information and inventory details.
The various elements on the item details page are explained in the following tables.
Table 1. Summary Element Description Item Item name and item ID. Total available Total number of items that is available. Note: The available items in the Summary tab might not match the available items in the Nodes table. This is because the total available value in the Summary tab takes the unassigned supplies and demands into account.Enterprise The enterprise this item belongs to. Description Description of the item. Most active SKU The most sold variation within the item. Note: Available for Global Inventory Visibility configurations only.Least active SKU The least sold variation within the item. Note: Available for Global Inventory Visibility configurations only.Table 2. Nodes Element Description Node Node ID and node name. Total available Total number of items that is available. Ship from store The total inventory that can be shipped from store - Safety stock - Configured safety stock of the item that can be shipped from store.
- Available to sell - Total number of items that is available to sell. This includes units that are Available to sell from future inventory plus the units that are Available to sell from on hand.
- Fulfillment - Fulfillment option set for this item in this node.
Pickup from store The total inventory that can be picked up from store. - Safety stock - Configured safety stock of the item that can be picked up from store.
- Available to sell - Total number of items that is available to sell. This includes units that are Available to sell from future inventory plus the units that are Available to sell from on hand.
- Fulfillment - Fulfillment option set for this item in this node.
Audit historyField Description Date The date that the transaction occurred. Name The name of the item or SKU. UOM The unit of measure of the item or SKU. Product class The product class of the item or SKU. Transaction The transaction type. Node The ship node where the inventory modification took place. QTY change The increase or decrease in quantity due to the action that was performed on the inventory. On hand QTY The updated on hand quantity including the QTY change. Note: If no inventory change events occurred for the SKU or item, then you might see an empty page when you click Audit history.
Results
You can perform various actions such as adjust safety stock, set fulfillment options, and transfer inventory.
