Modifying alert status

You can change alert status to identify the progress of the alert.

Possible statuses include Open, In progress, and Closed.

Procedure

  1. Log in to Order Hub.
  2. Click Alerts from the menu and search for an alert.
  3. Change the status of the alert.
    You can change the status from various places.
    • From the Alert search results page.
      1. Select the checkbox next to an alert.
      2. Change the status by clicking one of the following actions.
        Mark as in progress
        Set the alert status to In progress.
        Remove from in progress
        Set the alert status from In progress to Open.
        Mark as closed
        Set the alert status to Closed to indicate that the alert is resolved or invalid.
    • From the Alert details page.
      1. Click Actions to open the menu.
      2. Change the status by clicking one of the following actions.
        Mark as in progress
        Set the alert status to In progress.
        Remove from in progress
        Set the alert status from In progress to Open.
        Mark as closed
        Set the alert status to Closed to indicate that the alert is resolved or invalid.
