Assigning an alert to a user

Assign an alert to a user to identify the user who is responsible for investigating or resolving the alert.

Procedure

  1. Log in to Order Hub.
  2. Click Alerts from the menu and search for the alert that you want to assign.
  3. Assign the alert.
    You can assign an alert to a user from various places.
    • From the Alert search results page, you can assign multiple alerts to a single user.
      1. Select one or more rows for the alerts that you want to assign.
      2. Click Assign to user from the table header.
      3. Search for a user.
      4. Choose a user and then click Save.
    • From the Alert details page.
      1. Select Actions > Assign to user.
      2. Search for a user.
      3. Choose a user and then click Save.
    Alternatively, to unassign the alert, select Unassign.
