Viewing line availability

You can view the order line availability to check the expected delivery date along with any constraints that exist for the line.

If the line is in a status that allows modification, you can also update options such as the scheduling rule or carrier service to use.

Procedure

  1. Log in to Order Hub.
  2. Click Orders from the menu.
  3. Search for an order and go to the Order details page.
  4. Next to the order line under the Order lines table, click the overflow menu image and then select View line availability.

    Field Description
    Scheduling rule Select the scheduling rule to apply to the line.
    SCAC And Service Select the carrier service to use, if applicable.

    Field Description
    Shipment The shipment number.
    Ship date The expected ship date.
    Delivery date The expected delivery date.
    Total time The time from ship date to expected delivery date.
    Ship node The node that is assigned to fulfill the shipment.
    Distance The distance between the ship node and the destination.
    Available date The date the line item is available for picking and packing.
  5. If you made any changes, click Apply changes to order. Then on the Order details page, click Save.
