Handling the configuration data

The inventory-related configurations such as safety-stock and thresholds can be updated to Sterling™ Intelligent Promising Inventory Visibility by using the corresponding Sterling Intelligent Promising Inventory Visibility Safety Stock or Threshold API.

Sterling Intelligent Promising Inventory Visibility maintains its own demand and supply data that can be configured by using the Sterling Intelligent Promising Inventory Visibility Demand and Supply Rest APIs. If the custom demand types are created in Sterling Intelligent Promising Inventory Visibility, you must configure them in Sterling Order Management System Software, and vice versa.
