Support for visibility attributes

IBM Open XL C/C++ for AIX 17.1.4 no longer ignores visibility attributes as in IBM® Open XL C/C++ for AIX® 17.1.0. The -fvisibility and -fvisibility-inlines-hidden options are provided to modify visibility at a translation unit level.
