vec_all_gt
Purpose
Tests whether all elements of the first argument are greater than the corresponding elements of the second argument.
Syntax
d=vec_all_gt(a, b)

Result value
The result is 1 if all elements
of a
are greater than the corresponding elements
of b
. Otherwise, the result is 0.
