OMEGAMON commands

The OMEGAMON for CICS (3270) interface described in the preceding sections is based on four character commands. You can enter the individual commands and combine several commands to customize a screen.

An OMEGAMON® command can be one of the following types:
INFO-line
These commands perform control functions such as printing a screen (/PRINT) or stopping your OMEGAMON session (/STOP) . These commands are run first and removed from the screen; they cannot be saved in a screen space. They begin with a forward slash (/) and must be entered on the top line starting in column 2. If you are running in automatic update mode, place your cursor in column 1 on the INFO-line to pause updating until you move the cursor.
You can list all available INFO-line commands by typing .ILC starting in column 2 of any line below the INFO-line:

Major
Major commands select general categories for display, such as system information or specific resource utilization. For example, the DISK major command produces a list of online DASD.
You can list all available major commands by typing .MJC starting in column 2 of any line below the INFO-line:

Minor
Minor commands display detailed information about the items the major command selects. For example, the DADR minor command displays the unit address of the devices listed with DISK. You can enter minor commands on any line starting in column 2, below the INFO-line, but they must be preceded by the appropriate major command.
You can list all available minor commands for a major command by typing .MIN starting in column 2 of any line below the INFO-line:

Conversely, if you remember a minor command but not its major, you can use .MMA to list all major commands that a minor belongs to. For example:

Immediate
Immediate commands can be system monitoring commands, and commands that give you information about your session or about OMEGAMON. You can list all immediate commands by typing .MJI starting in column 2 of any line below the INFO-line:
