The CTGSTATS module failed for the OMEGAMON AI for CICS TG agent

When attempting to start the OMEGAMON AI for CICS TG monitoring agent a series of CEE dumplets and SYSOUT output might appear.

The following messages are what is displayed from this symptom:

CEE3501S The module CTGSTATS was not found.
To correct this problem, add the CICS TG DLL (for example, CTG.V9R0M0.SCTGDLL) to the STEPLIB concatenation of the affected monitoring agent.
CEE3512S An HFS load of module CTGSTATS failed.
This error message was caused by HFS system errors in a sysplex environment. To confirm this issue, verify the syslog for HFS errors:
