Explanation
The ONDV collector could not allocate the historical file you specified in the KOCONDV macro in
KOCGLB.

System action
The collector stops processing.

Make sure the dataset you specified exists and is a linear dataset. The return codes in the error
message are based on the SVC 99 call. Consult the IBM®
SPL Application Development Guide for a description of the return codes.
