Explanation

not found.
System action
OMEGAMONuses all default values for
          execution parameters. The default OVUSER DATA file is 99.
User response
Continue with OMEGAMON initialization
          or restart OMEGAMON specifying
          the correct USER startup parameter value, or reissue the .USR command specifying the
          correct parameter.
