Explanation The processing for adding or deleting a new CICSplex classification rule failed
			because the internal field in the CICSplex classification rule is invalid. The internal
			field has the value specified by the ssss value.Note: This is the
				same as message KCPPR0004E. KCPPR0004E is issued by the EXEC in the e3270ui, whereas KCPPR1305E is issued by
				the agent. If for some reason KCPPR0004E doesn't show, then the code in the agent
				itself will reject the command.
System action The error message is displayed on the Delete this CICSplex Classification Rule
				panel at the point within the OMEGAMON enhanced 3270 user
                interface where you are
				deleting a classification rule or entering input for a new classification rule in
				the Add a New CICSplex Classification Rule panel.
