Explanation
The agent has been unable to communicate with the hub TEMS to retrieve the CICSplex rules within
2 minutes of startup. This could be because the application support for OMEGAMON XE for CICS on z/OS
has not been completed, SDA processing has failed or there is a communications problem connecting to
the hub TEMS.

System action
The thread will continue and use the default rules and allow CICSplexes to be registered. Once
the rules are available the Regions and CICSplexes will be moved to new CICSplexes if the rules
require it.

User response
Check that the hub TEMS is available and that application support for OMEGAMON XE for CICS on
z/OS has been installed successfully. Check for other messages relating to communications failures
in the RKLVLOG of the agent.
