Explanation
OMEGAMON for CICS on z/OS was unable to
                              obtain sufficient storage to monitor Web Services. The storage is
                              requested more than the line.

System action
System processing continues, however, the recording of Web Services response times, rate
                              information and failure counts do not occur for this CICS
                              region.

User response
Increase the size of the region available to CICS. If
                              this problem persists, contact IBM Software Support.
