Explanation
The Interface is unable to get an input command cell in which to
place the command to process.
System action
OMEGAMON ignores the command.
User response
The lack of available virtual storage may cause the error. Reissue the command when storage usage
          lessens. If the problem persists, increase the region size. Contact IBM Software Support for assistance.
