Using the Service Class tabbed panel
Service Class identifies the transactions that share common response time goals, grouped by transaction IDs, user IDs, VTAM® terminal ID (that is, LU names), or CICS region APPLIDs. A service class is associated with exactly one workload. The Service Classes tabbed panel displays all the service classes with base goal.
