KS3S0054E [`module name`]: SSID name prefix not found

Explanation
An attempt by module [module_name] to obtain the 				two character prefix of the dynamic subsystem failed.

System action
Processing continues; however the command intercept 				function will not be available.  As a result, tool 				kit functions for some attribute groups will not be 				available from a situation.
