KS3L008E Unable to allocate storage for new application entry

Explanation
An attempt to add an application for monitoring has failed because there is insufficient Tivoli® Enterprise Monitoring Server Engine storage available.

System action
The requested application is not added to the list of monitored applications. 			 		

User response
Increase the value specified in the MINIMUM parameter of the KDSSYSIN RKANPAR member. This error can also require an increase in region size if the Tivoli Enterprise Monitoring Server startup proc does not specify REGION=0M.
