Explanation

An attempt to add a device to the collection table failed. The reason for the failure is stated in the message. Possible reasons are:

  • MEMORY NOT AVAILABLE

  • DUPLICATE ENTRY
This message might be preceded by an additional KDFD049W message containing diagnostic information in the following format: KDFX cccc REQUEST ERROR - CN RC=9999 KDFX RC=9999

System action

OMEGAMON® for Storage continues monitoring using the existing device collection table.
