Unreproducible problems reported as Tivoli Enterprise Portal client problems

If a problem is not reproducible and is reported as a Tivoli® Enterprise Portal client problem, collect both the client and server logs.

The logs might be the only indication of the real problem. Always try to get the logs at the time of the error. The Tivoli Enterprise Portal client has dynamic logging. Restarting the processes before collecting the logs results in a rewrite of the log, which means that any previous error messages might be lost.
