RTE_TEMS_NAME_NODEID
Identifies the monitoring server for internal processing.
The KDS_HUB_TEMS_NAME_NODEID parameter of remote monitoring servers must
refer to the RTE_TEMS_NAME_NODEID of the hub monitoring server. For example, if
the hub sets RTE_TEMS_NAME_NODEID to HUB:TEMS, then the
runtime environments for remote monitoring servers must set
KDS_HUB_TEMS_NAME_NODEID to HUB:TEMS.
