KDS_X_TEMS_KDSSTRT1_DELAY_INT
This parameter is used to control the amount of time the monitoring server delays before issuing the start up commands for agents, including the OMEGAMON Enhanced 3270 Data Retrieval Agent (DRA), that are included in the xKANCMDU(KDSSTRT1) member. The default is 180 seconds (3 minutes). This parameter is externalized only in PARMGEN.
