Explanation
 The LOOPCTR limit has been exceeded for a dialog.
KLVDM015 follows this message and identifies the failing dialog.

System action
 The dialog terminates.

User response
 If the problem is with a user-defined dialog,
correct the error, refresh the dialog, and test it. If the problem
is with an IBM®-supplied dialog,
