By default, the parameters for the started task job name
(KFJ_PDCOL_JOB_NAME) and job ID (KFJ_PDCOL_JOB_ID) do not
support wildcard characters * and %. To collect diagnostic data for more than one started task, you
must enable job filtering. Only started task and SDSF Display Active Users (DA) data can be
collected with a filter.
