N3T_Reassembly_Failure_Pct
Reassembly failure percentage is the total number of reassemblies that fail, divided by the total number of reassemblies attempted. Reassemblies fail because some of the fragments required for reassembly of a message were not received. Required segments are being lost in transit and not received by the host.
Excessive reassembly failures indicate a problem somewhere in the network. See IBM(R) z/OS(R) Communications Server :IP Diagnosis Guide for assistance in isolating the cause of the problem.
Formula: Reassembly Failure Percentage >= 5
