The percentage of inbound datagrams discarded for all connections to the application over the last sample interval. Determine a conditional value by observing history to obtain a working baseline. A percentage of datagrams discarded much higher than the established baseline indicates an increase in application workload and might signify an impending performance problem.

Possible solutions include:

• Removing the UDP queue limit
• Load balancing
• Work rescheduling
