KQI configuration parameters

The configuration parameters for the IBM Integration Bus Monitoring Agent are grouped and presented in the order that they are in the configuration profile. The parameters in this section are in the OMEGAMON for IBM Integration Bus Monitoring section of the PARMGEN configuration profile. The prefix that is associated with the IBM Integration Bus Monitoring Agent parameters is KQI.

If you specify Y for the CONFIGURE_MESSAGING_KQI parameter of OMEGAMON® for Messaging on z/OS®, the KQI parameters are generated and used in the runtime environment configuration. If this parameter value is N, all KQI parameters are ignored.

The parameters with the following prefix are common to all OMEGAMON products and are documented in the "Common parameters" in the Reference section of the OMEGAMON Shared Documentation:

  • KQI_AGT
  • KQI_TEMS
  • KQI_X_AGT
  • KQI_X_PD
  • KQI_PD
Tip: To search these parameters in the Common Parameter Reference guide, replace QI with pp in the parameter name. For example, search Kpp_AGT_STC instead of KQI_AGT_STC in the Common Parameter Reference guide.

The following KQI parameters are in the configuration profile (either the $CFG$IBM file or the rte_name file).
