Explanation

Collector and the GetGVT method returned a nonzero return code. This error occurs when the
Monitoring Agent cannot connect to the Collector, which is typically because the Collector is not
running.
System action
The user interface continues to operate, but the requested workspace might contain
incorrect data or no data.
User response
If the Collector is not running, start it. Also, verify that cid
matches the ID of the Collector, which is specified in the com.ibm.tivoli.kjt.collector.id property
in the Collector's KJTPRP00 properties file. If the problem persists, contact IBM® Software Support.
