z/OS Connect CICS Connections

Use z/OS Connect CICS Connections to view connection details.

ASID Address Space ID (in hex) of the jobname hosting this JVM.

Auth Data Ref Reference to authentication data (SAF profile/credential).

CICS Appl ID The APPLID of the target CICS region.

CICS Network ID The network ID of the target CICS region.

CICS Tran ID Transaction ID requested for IPIC requests.

CICS Tran ID Usage Indicates how the specified tranid is applied.

Collector ID Collector ID is the identifier of a JVM collector instance.

Connection Retry Interval The time interval at which IBM z/OS Connect attempts to reestablish a failed connection to CICS, as a background task.

Connection Time Out The maximum amount of time that is allowed for the socket to establish a connection to CICS.

Host The IP address, domain name server (DNS) hostname with domain name suffix, or just the DNS hostname, of the host on which the CICS region is running.

ID A unique configuration ID that matches the connectionRef used by the build or API toolkit to generate the associated .sar files.

IP Address Is the IP address defined for the TCP/IP stack used for this TCP/IP service.

Job Name Name of the job or started task hosting this JVM.

Managed System A collection of the Java Virtual Machines running on the LPAR monitored by the JVM Monitor. Valid values support a 32 byte character string in the form: <collector ID>:<SMF ID>:JVM where <collector ID> is the identifier of a JVM collector instance. <SMF ID> is the LPAR identifier.

Port The port number on which the target CICS region is listening.

Process ID USS Process ID of the JVM.

Request Timeout Timeout for an IPIC request (e.g. 30s, 500ms).

Send Sessions Concurrent send sessions requested by z/OS Connect.

Shared Port Indicates whether the CICS TCPIPSERVICE uses SHAREPORT.

SMF ID SMF ID is the LPAR identifier.

z/OS Connect Appl ID APPLID specified on the cicsIpicConnection client side. Distinct from the CICS target CSAPPLID.

z/OS Connect Network ID Network ID specified for the z/OS Connect client side.
