This error occurs when the HTTP/HPPTS daemon tries to connect with a well-known port.

Procedure

Enter HTTPS:0 as the first entry in KDE_TRANSPORT or KDE_TRANSPORT. Do not change the configuration of the remainder of the transport families.
Perform your configuration in the RKANPARU(KxxENV) for an agent-only address space, here xx is the two-character ID for the product: (I5 for IBM® OMEGAMON® for IMS on z/OS® or DS is for Tivoli Enterprise Monitoring Server. For example, change
