An attempt to install agent support for IBM OMEGAMON for IMS on z/OS remotely on a Windows 2000 system fails

Agent support for IBM® OMEGAMON® for IMS on z/OS® must be installed locally. Installing the product on networked or mapped drives is not supported.

Procedure

Install the installation CD on your local drive. Alternatively, compress the contents of the CD from your remote workstation and extract the contents onto your local drive.

The online help files refer to the original default port of 1920.
