The Db2 subsystem has been defined to the control region, but the dependent region identified in the exception does not know about it. This is typically a configuration problem that you need to discuss with the administrator of the IMS system.

The formula is: External_Subsystems.CTLRGN_but_no_DEPRGN EQ Yes
