New in PTF UJ06252 (August 2021)

New features and enhancements were introduced and covered in the updates to the IBM® OMEGAMON® for IMS on z/OS® documentation.

PTF UJ06252 (August 2021) introduces the following new feature and enhancement:

OMEGAMON IMS v550 ATF support of IMS FASTMON user exit: FASTMON is a new exit type introduced in IMS v15, as a high-performance alternative to the IMSMON type. The purpose of FASTMON is to significantly reduce the CPU overhead on monitoring IMS compared to IMSMON.
