PTF UA95681 (April 2018) introduces the following new feature and enhancement:

Commander archival: The IMS Commander data can now be archived by supplying the several parameters in the KOICFGxx member in RKANPARU. For the details, see "IMS Commander Archival parameters" in the IBM OMEGAMON for IMS on z/OS: Parameter Reference.
