OEI949 EPILOG/IMS CONTROL TASK INTERNAL RETURN CODE ERROR – ABENDING

Explanation
EPILOG detects an unexpected return code while it is attempting to start DEXAN or RTA. 

System action
EPILOG issues a user abend 949. 

User response
The user abend might occur because DEXAN or RTA is running an expected version. Check the load libraries and ensure that the libraries contain the expected level of code.
