OEI936 EPILOG/IMS UNABLE TO LOCATE DATA COLLECTOR

Explanation
The data collector task (OMRIDC) probably terminated, and EPILOG is unable to connect with it in order to process Fast Path log records.  

System action
EPILOG does not collect Fast Path statistics for the current interval. It attempts to restart the data collector at the expiration of the current interval (to a maximum of five times), and then collects Fast Path information.
