OEI932 EPILOG/IMS UNABLE TO LOCATE DATA COLLECTION CONTROL BLOCKS - EXIT NOT INSTALLED

Explanation
The data collector task (OMRIDC) probably terminated, and EPILOG is unable to connect with it to process Fast Path log records. 

System action
EPILOG does not collect Fast Path dependent region statistics for the current interval. EPILOG attempts to restart the data collector at the expiration of the current interval (to a maximum of five times), and then collect Fast Path information.
