OEI800 EPILOG/IMS HAS DETERMINED THAT RMF IS STOPPED. EPILOG INTERVAL CHANGED TO 15 MINUTES.

Explanation
EPILOG has had its collection interval set to synchronize with RMF, but RMF has stopped. 

System action
EPILOG writes out the current unfinished RMF interval data, and begins cycling on a 15-minute interval instead.
