OEC931 EPILOG/IMS COLLECTOR MAIN ESTAE CANCEL FAILED

Explanation
The resource collector task was unable to cancel its ESTAE routine for error recovery at task termination time. 

System action
The EPILOG collector task terminates with a user abend.
