Explanation
The resource collector task was unable to GETMAIN sufficient virtual storage for an enhanced debugging facility work area. 

System action
The collector task continues to run as normal, but some debugging facilities are disabled. 

User response
Increase the region size for the EPILOG address space prior to the next time it is brought up.
