ODC919 DATA COLLECTION ESTAE CANCELLATION UNSUCCESSFUL - TERMINATING WITH DUMP

Explanation
Data collection suffered an internal error when it tried to cancel an outstanding recovery environment. Data collection produces a dump if you specify a system dump card on the OMEGAMON® startup JCL.

Data collection terminates with a user dump.
