MLG043 VSAM MESSAGE LOG DYNAMIC ALLOCATION FAILED

Explanation
OMEGAMON® was unable to dynamically allocate the VSAM
                Message Log data set specified in the KI2VSM00 member or via the MODIFY MERGE
                Interface command.

System action
VSAM Message Logging terminates.

User response
Verify that the name specified in the DSN= parameter of the MODIFY MERGE command that was either
                entered on the console or via an EXEC Interface command is correct. It must match
                the high level qualifier of the data set name used by the IDCAMS utility in the
                KI2CUAIN JCL member of rhilev.midlev.RKANPAR. If the name
                is correct, verify that the data set is available on which OMEGAMON for IMS
                is executing.
